Good Gravy is in the business of behaviour change

The best campaigns don't just change what people think. They change what people do. That is behaviour change marketing, and it is what Good Gravy does incredibly well: finding the moment of realisation, then nudging people away from an old routine and anchoring them into a better one, until the new behaviour just feels like everyday life.
Much of our proudest work sits in health, wellbeing and community, from hospice care to medical alarms to a defibrillator the size of a phone to what goes in the fridge, because that is where changing behaviour genuinely changes lives. And we always add the layer that makes change stick in Aotearoa: cultural context and affinity, told with a local, authentic voice, including the regional voices the big campaigns forget.
How it works in practice: name the human truth, make the new behaviour easy and relatable, anchor it to something already in the routine (the bowl by the door, the 1st of the month, the Tuesday lunch), and normalise it so people can see themselves in it. Then measure it honestly. Below, the work.
